BGEN 405 - Laws, Regulations, and Research

This course will cover a variety of legal topics that affect businesses. These topics include, but are not limited to, the law relating to business and industries, administrative, regulatory, employment, discrimination, environmental, agency, business structures, and real and personal property. Students will also pick an industry of their choice and do a comprehensive legal analysis regarding a current issue affecting that industry.
