NRSM 441 - Sustainable Resource Management

This course introduces students to ecosystem management principles and practices where interactions of social, economic, and ecological components of natural resources are addressed to attain true sustainability. Students will explore and examine partnerships within communities, public agencies, and private sectors and essential technologies. This course is intended to serve as a catalyst for change in how natural resources are managed. Students will demonstrate their learning by successful completion of examinations and research papers, class discussions, and participation in a community-based project. $100 Course Fee
